There are many easy fundraising ideas that you can set up and take part in to help us raise money. Every £200 donated pays for someone to take part in one of our workshops.

Here are some ideas:

• Host a bake sale or a garage/boot sale in aid of MOD.
• Sign up to a challenge such as a charity walk or run, get sponsorship and post about your training and activity on socials for maximum exposure.
• Perhaps you are crafty and could sell homemade crafts or products to friend and neighbours.
• Have a clear out, sell your preloved clothes on Vinted or Ebay and donate the funds to MOD.
• Ask at work about sponsorship opportunities and donations and see if they would be interested in supporting us.
• Share our awareness and fundraising campaigns on your socials to help us spread the word!
• Volunteer! We always need help to keep events running smoothly.
