The workshop was a brilliant experience it was wonderful to meet people all different ages and different abilities all being so happy and positive.I particularly liked being shown how to pose in front of a camera and an audience it really helped my confidence and what was so lovely was how everyone was rooting for one another.

Who would benefit from this workshop and why?

People who have low self esteem, or have issues with self confidence. They may have struggled with disordered eating, depression and anxiety or feel isolated due to their appearance would all benefit from this workshop. You may resonate with these reasons and want to support people of diverse backgrounds improving their self image – or perhaps you want to support group of people who have struggled with these issues in the past and want to help improve their confidence.

Our confidence courses are designed to help people build their self-esteem, develop self-awareness, and improve their interpersonal skills. By participating in these courses, individuals can learn to think positively about themselves and their abilities. The aim is that this helps them in both a personal and professional capacity. When searching for employment for example this can improve both interview skills and encourage individuals to apply for more challenging roles.

One benefit of taking part in a confidence course is that it can help reduce feelings of anxiety and stress. When people feel more confident in themselves, they are less likely to worry about things like social interactions or public speaking. This can lead to a reduction in stress and an overall improvement in mental health.

Another positive outcome of this courses is that it can improve a person’s overall quality of life. Having more confidence in oneself can lead to better career opportunities, improved relationships, and a greater sense of well-being. Additionally, people who feel more confident are more likely to engage in healthy behaviors such as exercise and self-care.

Overall, participating in a confidence course can have a significant impact on a person’s mental health. By building self-esteem and improving interpersonal skills, individuals can reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, improve their quality of life, and develop a more positive outlook on themselves and their abilities..
