Models of Diversity is a registered charity based in South London and established by ex-model and campaigner Angel Sinclair to challenge the fashion, beauty and media industry to be more inclusive and show greater diversity. Although our charity mainly deals with the fashion industry, 90% of our following fall into the vulnerable persons category and we are finding ourselves inundated with calls for help, assistance and advice.

The 'MOD Share A Smile' initiative, is a weekly giveaway’s and raffles for a variety of items including care packages, items from our Ebay store (we have donated brand new clothing from top high street brands which we sell on our Charity store in order to fundraise), Easter Eggs, Flowers, care packages etc to nominated individuals who are either working on the front line or fall in to the vulnerable persons category and who has been nominated to receive a reason to smile!

In the two weeks this has been running we have delivered a hamper of over 15 Easter Eggs to a family in lock down, 40 cupcakes to a Nursing home, sent a care package to a Nurse who has worked four nightshifts in a row and are currently receiving nominations for another care package to be delivered in our local community. Future #MODSendaSmile events will include a photoshoot and makeover for a selection of our NHS staff when all this ends, bouquets and vouchers.
